This society reticulates water to 60 household from a stream, using local voluntary helpers. We have been contracting Thames Farm and Industrial Ltd for nearly 10 years and have found them extremely proficient, and they go out of their way to help as best and as quickly as possible in emergency situations. Their work is of a high degree, and they take pride in their work ensuring 100% satisfaction for us. They are prepared to work in extreme weather conditions and difficult terrain as our reticulation pipes go through steep bush in some parts. They have a very high technical knowledge and assist us with sound advice in solving our problems, which arise on a regular basis as we are dealing with a lot of old reticulation work done by untrained volunteers. They advise on new products and the advantages these new products can make to our system, both in reliability and cost efficiency. Most of the time they carry all the stock we need and will take urgency to obtain any product we require which are not in stock. We are very comfortable dealing with them, their staff are very approachable and helpful, and we look forward to a continuing relationship with them for as long as is possible.
